Terrible customer service
Do not use this company. We ordered a certain product, he brought a completely different one that is 25% less expensive and made excuses of why he installed the wrong product about his account being suspended. It looks terrible, it is a very strong bronze tint and we wanted the Ultra clear 70. So now my windows from inside look terrible. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Despite clear instructions, they failed to complete the work properly, resulting in significant additional costs for my company to fix their mistakes. When I tried to address the issue, their representative was disrespectful, rude, and refused to engage in a constructive conversation.
