Beware! Avoid! I would strongly caution others when considering using this agency. A basic level of professionalism, honesty, and responsiveness should be the bare minimum in property transactions—sadly, that has not been my experience with Home Truths. Despite being sidelined on viewings and having made a previous offer, we were not informed when the property unexpectedly returned to the market. Absolutely exceptional service from the whole team at Home Truths in terms of marketing, managing viewings and sales progression through to exchange and completion, alongside achieving our full asking price for the sale of our house. They also understood our personal circumstances and worked with us sensitively, particularly around the viewings process.
