My husband booked a certain room when we got there to check in they said the room wasn’t available. Why have it available in the website if it’s not actually available??!! We got a room after all! The room smelled clean and looked cleaned other than stains on the carpet,cig burns on couch and bed. Home-towne suites in prattville need to be closed down smell of cigarettes smoke ,no towels,toilet made noise all night,no sheets for let out bed nasty carpet

Disgusting! The whole room smelled of fresh cock roach spray. The bathroom had stray hairs everywhere. The carpet was stained and damp feeling. The bedspread had burn holes in it. No one in the office between 7 pm and 11 am, so when we went through the 1/4 roll of toilet paper that was there, I had to go buy my own. No kleenex, cups or even an ice bucket. It's now called Inhome Suites, so we even had trouble finding it. Do not waste your money - stay at the Econolodge around the corner - we did.

Very unsatisfied! This place is infested with roaches, carpet is stained and full of cigarette burns. To top it all off, called the desk to ask for more towels and they told me none were clean at the time. What kind of hotel doesn't have extra clean towels for it's guests...

Awesome hospitality! Ladies at the front desk and the housekeepers are great!
