We booked a room at InTown Suites Extended Stay, well in advance through Expedia for the Mizzou game day weekend in Auburn as Auburn Alumni we felt this place was a decent choice. The reservation was confirmed, and we arrived from Kansas City before the office closed. Shockingly, we were told our reservation had been cancelled due to overbooking, but there was no record of cancellation, no call, no email, no text. Location is great. But the inconsistency in keeping the place up takes away from its value . It’s too expensive for what they offer. I went over a month with a bad fridge and had to throw food away no one reimbursed me. My things were rambled through, I had a beanie come up missing before I left. Mrs Mary was the only housekeeper that respected boundaries. Laponya used her position to treat people bad depending on what mood she was in. Stay at your own risk . Housekeeping is awful and will go through your things. Very rude! I think the girls name was Melissa.( housekeeper)

They were over booked and did not send notice that they canceled the reservation. It took us 4.5 hours to get there. It took me hours before I was able to find another hotel. I am highly upset and so where the other 2 sets of guests that had reservation as well.
