Me and my family have stayed here for a while. It is quiet and clean and the staff is amazing. LaPonya the office manager is awesome and takes care of everything. She will do anything to make sure your stay is comfortable and answers any questions and fixes any problems Molly and Mary are the best room cleaners and will bring you anything you need. I love staying at InTown Suites in Auburn, AL
My reservation was cancelled with no notice whatsoever. Their office was also closed all day, so I was not able to schedule something else before they were booked out for the day. God awful place
Room rates were more than what it was worth. Said pets prohibited but many other people had dogs. Couldn't get extra towels. Housekeeping changed bed linen except for pillow cases. Towels were just thrown on the coffee table and the bed and couch were uncomfortable
