Room rates were more than what it was worth. Said pets prohibited but many other people had dogs. Couldn't get extra towels. Housekeeping changed bed linen except for pillow cases. Towels were just thrown on the coffee table and the bed and couch were uncomfortable

My cousin stayed there for 2 weeks. The service was amazing. I made one call for more towels and to have the beds changed and they came over right away! I will be staying there in the near future. Thanks LaPonya! You staff is amazing!
I have been staying at intown suits in auburn AL since December of last year. I will say the staff goes above and beyond even my expectations. Mrs LaPonya is extremely nice and very courteous, the property is clean and it is quiet. I always feel welcome and wanted when I speak to any of the staff I could not ask for a better place to call home
