cleaning service would not clean consistently each week, NO HOT WATER for two weeks....noisy neighbors above and i was promise a move to another room which never happened....mgt almost never available including on call person...all outlets not working...hole in draped
Trash dont even bother booking or staying lazy property manager and staff. Had place booked in advance for weeks 4 hours before I check in canceled my reservation for no reason and no excuse. Place looks rundown pictures are A.I. generated. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!
Housekeeping is awful and will go through your things. Very rude! I think the girls name was Melissa.( housekeeper) Manager is VERY unprofessional, rude, cusses at clients and is very disrespectful. The company itself really needs to teach professionalism to their Management teams!!!!!!!!!
I booked a room here a month in advance. I called the day prior to check in to confirm that my reservation was still valid and that I would be able to check in upon arrival. I was assured that the Google reviews regarding last minute cancellations were inaccurate and that I had a room as long as I showed up between 11 and 6. Nonetheless, less than one hour into my check in window, I received a text that my reservation had been cancelled with no explanation. DO NOT BOOK. Canceled my reservation via text the day of check in after I had already begun travel. And then were unable to reach by phone all day. DO NOT BOOK, they may ruin your trip.
