Requested an estimate on our Roof through there website, they called to schedule an appointment for Wed August 11, 2021 an hour and a half after appointment time past we called to find out they took us off the schedule completely to fill in other customers that were rescheduled, never bothered to give us a call just no call, no show so second chance rescheduled for Friday August 13, 2021 appointment time came and went no call no show. Called on Tues re gutter downspout separated from drain. Woman seemed nice. Explained situation to her. She said she scheduled a man to come out on Thurs between 10-11 to look at it. Thurs 10:36 called and was told I m not even on schedule.
Called and set up an appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate on a new metal roof, took off work to meet them and they never showed up. I called the office and was told they would investigate the matter and get back with me right away. I never even got a call back. Called them again the next day and against my better judgement, I still rescheduled the appointment for a week later to give them another chance.
