Friendly service at the check-in desk and a good location for our needs, but the room is kinda terrible. Half the lights don't work. There is a weird crust dried onto the dresser and fridge. Our "in-room coffee maker" had no coffee or cup; just one of those packs with a napkins, stirrer, sugar, and sweetener pack. If you don't have a thigh gap, you may have to get creative in the tiny bathroom. Booked a room for $166. They charged my credit card for a security deposit of $50. When we got up to our room, it smelled like an ashtray, even though it was non-smoking. There was what looked like cocaine residue all over the dresser. This room was definitely not cleaned. And then, on top of all that, the lights didn’t even work. When I went down to request a different room, they said they were all booked, and I could not have a refund even though we weren’t staying. The lobby/office is rundown and dirty as well.
