When I first started buying and selling through Home to Home, I wasn't really sure about the place. The setup was a little confusing with the drop spot being behind one of the booths. Over the last few months, I have noticed that Home to Home has made efforts to improve their process, used constructive customer feedback to improve the drop off area, and strengthened their customer service skills. I have dealt with alot of the drop off spots in the area. This one is by far one of the best and understanding group of people to deal with. I have always felt welcome in this shop, compared to some of the other places I have been. I have been doing the consignment business for many years now. Payouts are always on time. Wait time varies and you just have to know when to go in and when NOT to go in if you don't have time to wait on anything. Of course there is always the email option.
