Best service and team ever! We looked for few months and decided to go with home theater builders mainly because of the lower prices. The team is very responsive and you can tell it's not their first rodeo. Even when issues such we had with the acoustical insolation, the team at HTB quickly replaced it at no extra charge. The Sony laser projector is getting used constantly and so far, 4 months without a single hiccup.
