We lived here for a year. It was the worst experience we’ve had. Management did a horrible job maintaining the apartments. They cause a flood fixing a toilet that lead to mold. It got so bad it started effecting my health. I was having allergic conjunctivitis, headaches, and breathing problems because of the mold yet they refused to fix it. I used too live here nothing good about that area I don't miss it its always bad worse place too live nobody answers the phone for a questions that is need you have too walk across the street that place gotten worse and worse

Fires, shootings, mold. Stay far..far away. It's the worst place I've ever lived. The fire started from a meth lab. The shootings are scary and there have been homeless sleeping in laundry room and some have had knives. They don't take security seriously. Scary place to live

Overpriced and badly maintained. There's often no hot water from the taps for several hours at a time. Management doesn't respond promptly to maintenance requests. Electric is wired badly. Laundry is severely overpriced for machines that don't work well. The units are priced for a building that actually has amenities but all you get is mediocrity. And this is on a good day. On a bad day the building is literally on fire. You may think I'm joking but this has actually happened recently. .

I moved in 1 month ago. Management is almost nowhere to be found. Call, email, or buzz the front door - they rarely answer. I leave for work late in order to get to their office after they open, and no one is typically there. I leave work early to get to their office before they close, and no one is typically there. Picking up packages is a nightmare. I emailed and called 3 weeks ago asking for either online resident portal access or a paper copy of my lease and no one has gotten back to me.
