Senior Protection USA is amazing. One of our clients in Kansas was pushed over by the wind; if you live or have visited Kansas you know how wild that wind can get. Sue was blown down right on her face and the fall knocked her out. She was in an empty parking lot so no one was there to see it happen or come to her aid. Her son told me that her Senior Protection medical alert device detected the fall and called EMS for her. Her device is still working to this day.

Absolutely do not use this company. Whenever my grandpa would simply drop his watch or roll over in bed, it would alert the authorities. But when he falls so hard he died, absolutely nothing. He laid there dead in his home for over 12 hours because nobody was alerted. He died alone. Their customer service reps are rude and have terrible phones so you can’t even talk to them because they just keep saying “what? My elder friend has had this service for three years now. She went to use her life alert around the first week of May 2020 when she fell off of her toilet at her apartment. The life alert malfunctioned. She laid on the floor in agony until she was able to use a device to reach her cell phone and call 911. She does not want this to happen to anyone else.

I purchased HTS for my mom about 10 years ago when she came to live with me after dad passed. I do not have the words to describe what a valuable asset HTS was for me and for her during her lifetime. She had falls and, eventually, dementia; and HTS was immediately helpful with all her issues. They always contacted me at work immediately to let me know what was going on; a couple times because of falls, one resulting in a 2nd broken hip and even once when she contacted them because of toilet paper.
