I've used the team at Home Technology Solutions for going on 3yrs now and i continue to be impressed by how quickly they're available to help, how professional their people are, their knowledge of all things technology that i know very little about, and how seamlessly everything works for me. They arrived on time and immediately got to work diagnosing our recurring internet/wifi issues. Asked good questions, took notes and will be getting me a quote to upgrade some of our technology but also did what they could to repair/configure our existing hardware to save money. We're not done with the process but overall I'm pleased for a Day 1 effort. Looking forward to working with them again for Round 2.
We needed electrical wiring for several outlets and relocation of a few lights. Riley and Frank arrived on time and got started right away. They were efficient, got the job done quickly and cleaned everything up before they left. They made sure they did everything we needed done and that we were satisfied with their work. I would recommend HTS to anyone looking for reliable audio, video or electrical work.
