I have turned to HTS twice. I had Control 4 installed during a remodel of the house and discovered HTS when I shifted from Spectrum to TDS. HTS had not worked with TDS before, but took on the task and worked through the integration. The initial TDS by their team had their small boxes directly to the TV, which of course had them not a part of Control 4. David came to evaluate our needs and wants, came up with perfect solutions. Equipment was ordered and installation was scheduled. Emil came on time, very friendly and efficient. The technician who installed our TV and soundbar was top notch. Not only did he arrive on time, but he explained the process every step of the way. He also provided tips and tricks about the TV OS. One last detail, he brought his own vacuum and cleaned up after himself. Now that is black tie service! Thank you for taking care of the install for us.

We had a great experience with the HTS installation. Preston and Ryan were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and great communicators. They were on time and on task for all 4 days of the project, and our expectations were exceeded. We highly recommend HTS for all Home Technology related projects.
