New homeowner and was walked through entire process explaining everything. Set me up with maintenance schedule and worked with agent and lawyer to make sure everything was fixed. Highly recommend.

We were more than satisfied! The inspector was thorough and incredibly knowledgeable, very honest. We bought an old home with lots of flaws but we were aware of every one of them beforehand. The price was reasonable, we would definitely call on him again.

Had radon levels over 30 Pci/l and had several quotes. HTI was the only one confident to guarantee it and was also lowest cost. Did an outstanding job installing it and don't even know it is in basement. Others wanted 3-4 holes and they did it with one. Quiet fan can't even hear it run and can't see it from outside from outside. Cleaned up after installation and wouldn't even know they were there. Completed in less then half day and had results in 3 days. Down to less then 1Pci/L. Highly recommend them.

Excellent inspection. Thorough and experienced, didn't miss a thing. Didn't try to BS me like others. Pointed out several things that will add up to thousands of dollars. Made recommendations and gave a great report
