We originally felt great about finding a safe, clean storage unit with AC, and we never had any safety issues at this location. However, the constant price increases were extremely disappointing. Our small 5x5 unit started at $44/month, and within a year increased twice to $73/month due to “operational costs.” A nearly 66% increase for such a small unit feels excessive. The timing made it even more frustrating, as I’m freshly postpartum and now having to deal with moving everything out while caring for a newborn.
Great clean place and very friendly, helpful staff.
Melinda was great in helping me find the perfect size unit!! Great customer service, and very clean building!!
