I had a great experience with Home Team. Although, I've had several roofs replaced in the past, the whole experience was way better than before. They handled everything for me, from meeting the adjuster to helping closing out the claim. Oh and they never even asked for any money, until the roof was completed!!! My husband recently passed away, and he used to handle all this type of stuff. Having Home Team handle everything made my live so much easier. Quality work, honest company, thank you for all your help!
This review is slightly difficult for me. On the one hand, our initial "final" invoice included quite a few charges for things that were not actually completed (e.g., drip edge and exhaust caps) and it took some effort from me to remove these charges. They said this was an "oversight" but they seemed pretty obvious to me (from someone who is not even a roofer). On the other hand, they gave us a free upgrade to Ridgevent, upgraded us to premium shingles, and gave us a 10% discount on the total charge for putting a sign up in ... read more
Carla and Don were wonderful to work with in repairing our roof from hail damage! We would highly recommend Home Team Roofing with having fast, friendly, and trustworthy service. Carla and Don were available around the clock to answer any questions or concerns and we felt we were in good hands through out the entire process! Thanks so much for the great experience!
Best Roofing experience I have ever had in my 50 plus years in Texas. Dan could not have been more helpful and honest. He was spot on about what my insurance was Going to pay for and he could not have been more helpful and was exceptional during this hail claim process. Definitely recommend. This is the roofing company you want to go with.

Very professional, efficient, little to no disruption during removal and installation, quick but competent process, clean-up left no evidence of removal and work done, perfect match with insurance adjuster, informative explanations, very smooth and complete job done. Dan ********* with home team roofing provided an excellent service for installing a new roof for our home. Dan is really professional and answers any question I had. The install team worked professionally to remove the existing roof materials and install the new one. Now the new roof looks really wonderful and we all believe this roof will last for a long time. Hi , I would like to update my earlier review about Home Team Roofing. I had bad experience with one of their employee who deals my case and the owner already taken action on him.And also Owner contacted me regarding the issues and miscommunication happened due to that employee and owner came directly to my home to fix the issues. He is very polite and explains the situation happened with that one employee and fixes all of my pending issues.
