Its very unfortunate that I have to write this review because I initially thought these were trustworthy landlords. You should be able to go to your landlords to help resolve conflict/issues at the property they own. If anyone has a say, or can enforce anything at the property, it would be the landlords. The ones at Home Team Realty, however, will tell you to figure it out on your own and "Keep us out of it". The space itself is decent, but the landlords will make you think is it even worth it. Any dealings with them only resulted in them avoiding the issue entirely or constantly putting things off for what ever reason they see fit. And this is basic upkeep with the property
Ellen Chuan And Chen Wen Wu Terrible landlords good luck renting from them plus they let all the bad tenants take up all the parking especially the spot for me
I would rate this place ZERO stars if I could. I originally thought our landlords who work here (Ellen Chaun and Chen Wen Wu) were good people...I see now, that's a lie. They are co owners of my rental unit 3820 Artesia Blvd, and they've let the bad tenants do whatever they want as far as parking. They've parked in our parking space (which obviously, is a big problem) and they've parked blocking us from parking there at night when we come home (imagine this happens to you...I KNOW some of you would be upset as well!).
