Went to Home team Equity and Manny had me believing that I was going to purchase my first home. Had me looking at homes, when it came time to get down to business, the underwriters decided to then tell me that I couldn't purchase a home for various reasons. I think in the future, you should inform the customer of any potential problems before they get their hopes up. My children and myself, completely devastated.

Amanda and her team was truly amazing. From turning what we thought might be impossible for us to every own our home, into a real dream come true. We had a few bumps on our journey and she was their with us though the whole thing to make sure everything was on the right track. We can't thank you guys enough for all of your help to get our family our first home! Just have to add that our situation was pretty difficult.

As a realtor, it is very important to trust the lender your buyers are working with. I always refer my buyers to Manny Sarnes because he is an expert, and I can trust when he issues a pre-qualification letter that the buyers are actually well pre-qualified and there are no surprises right before closing. Manny always answers his phone and if he happens to miss your call, he always calls right back. I've even contacted Manny on a Sunday and got a response.
My lender/ the people that I worked with here were and are amazing. I would reccomend you all 100x over. Communication was prompt and clear. Stephanie was so friendly and answered as many questions as I had (even if there were A LOT of them).
