Purchased a house in Thornton. Despite the owner disclosures stating moisture had been absorbed into the siding below a window, HSD didn't raise any concerns during the inspection. HUGE MISS!!! HSD made reference to caulking being split, and needing to be repaired, and new exterior paint being required. So I got estimates for painting. Upon taking possession of my new home, my painter told me he couldn't paint the house.
