My GE dryer broke down on me - so I requested repair service on HomeAdvisor. Once the service guy came in - he quickly (like literally in 15 seconds) discovered the problem. Basically the knob which is used to set the timer was broken. He replaced the knob, and the dryer started working. Including replacement and explaining the issue to me, it took him around 3 minutes to get the dryer up and running. He then proceeded to write the bill, and charged me $132.98. I made an inquiry for appliance service and was immediately contacted by Home Systems Appliance Repair. Unfortunately m they missed the appointment - but Jim immediately went above and beyond to fix that - Dave came out - issue with my ice maker was fixed- he also looked at my oven- very thorough on the check- and I decided to have him fix that as well. was back two days later and now that works. I hired Home Systems for a dryer repair. Jim was timely and walked me through the whole repair so I understood the issue and solution. One thing to note, the base service fee is $95, which is a little higher than some other competitors.

I called, desperate for ASAP service for my warm refrigerator. David came out the next day, ordered the part and gave me a temporary fix to save my food. He called me the next morning just to see how things were going! He arrived that afternoon and installed the replacement part. GREAT customer service!
Prompt reply to need for service. James was very professional and polite. Though I had researched the dishwasher issue and was fairly certain I knew what needed to be repaired, he evaluated all of the possible problems instead of leaping into the most obvious. No mess left behind, and I've already referred him to friends who were very pleased with his work.
