On time, knowledgeable, got the job done
I received a phone call promptly and the technician came within a few hours. The problem was determined quickly and the part was ordered at that time. It took some time to get the right part but this was due to the supplier mislabeling the box part. I was kept up to date with what was going on an the refrigerator is working good now. My technician Mike was very good and took time to make sure things were working as it should before he left.
We were very pleased with everything about this company. Our dryer was fixed quickly and even though the dryer is very old, the technician had the parts needed in his van!!! He was polite and very nice. His name is David.
It was a good response and timely manner. Mr David knew exactly what to do got the Job done and now I'm washing clothes again.I did think supposed to get a free estimate but he didn't just got a flat rate.IT'S done and washing again. Thanks and be Blessed.
The technician was extremely prompt, knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything.
David was the repairman that came to repair my oven which was not coming on. After he found out what the problem was he went to his truck and found that he had the part on his truck which I was glad because otherwise he would have to order it. He installed the part while the whole time he was courteous funny and overall a pleasant person. He also gave me some other advice about my oven which I found helpful. Thanks David keep up the good work!!!!
My 8-year old Refrigerator stopped cooling. Home Systems returned my phone call within the hour, and scheduled appointment for next day. The serviceman David was courteous and efficient; and he quickly diagnosed the problem (fortunately, not the compressor!) Parts were ordered and installed the very next day. The service price was very reasonable, which was offset by the service call fee. Very reliable company. I've already shared Home Systems' phone number with several neighbors.
The Pro was very professional and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend.
Somebody contacted me within 3 minutes of hitting the button to request quotes. The guy said he was available that day and he was at our office within 15 minutes (I was shocked at how fast he got there). He figured out the issue with the fridge and fixed it. very professional and polite. I would definitely call him again! I believe our technicians name was James. Great customer service!
