Qamar and staff have done wonderful work with my family member. They are kind, respectful, punctual, and capable. It is obvious that Qamar is committed to delivering high quality services--as if her staff were caring for her own family members. On the RARE occasion when there is a concern, Qamar works promptly to resolve it.
