Great Drycleaners – I recently visited Austin on vacation for several weeks, and I was very excited to find this drycleaners near my hotel. They were very friendly and explained how their "drive-through" service works. (A service I have never heard of before.) When I picked up my clothes they were nicely pressed and never had any stains on them. Overall I give Home Steam Laundry and Cleaners 5 stars for their reasonable prices, cordial service, and quick drive-through.

Exellent Service! – This is an excellent laundry and dry cleaners! They always have had my clothes ready when I need to pick them up. Plus, because of their very low prices I have been able to take all of my clothes to them. Their customer service is very friendly and helpful, when I talk to them. They have never ruined any of my clothes either! They have earned my approval! A+

Lost my clothes, too! – I completely agree with the reviewer before me! In my very first visit, they lost a pair of suit trousers. When I asked the AM manager why they don't write down the number of pieces you drop off, she gave me a lame answer that it's "not their policy" and "the girls [who take in the clothes] aren't allowed to" count the number of pieces. Lost clothes and no accountability – I like the people at Home Steam Laundry & Cleaners, I just don't like the fact that they lose clothes and then aren't accountable for it. I think their problem is that when you drop your clothes off they don't give you any sort of itemized list of what you dropped off. So when you come and pick up your clothes its tough to know if you have everything and if you discover you?re missing something you don't really have a leg to stand on because it?s your word against their's.
