Was told that the new thermostat was going to be a smart one to match our google home. They put in a cheap Honeywell. When I asked why not a smart one they wanted 250.00. Left the box and mess of the thermostat on my floor. Scratched my new dryer and did not even screw down the new heat pump to the frame that they stood it on.

I cannot be more grateful for Home Standard heating and air conditioning. Their service, speed and professionalism is impressive!! I have been without heating in my home for 3 weeks this winter as I have been bumped around by other bigger companies trying to sell me solutions that I did not want/need and wanting to charge me exorbitant prices.
