My home inspector Ryan M. was very thorough, found things I would not have seen, and took plenty of time to explain issues that were found. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Ryan and his company, Home Spectors for anyone needing a Home Inspection.
We bought a house and unfortunately had these guys referred by our realtor who again was a shady person with ************************************. Long story short less than a year later we are not putting a roof on our house, had several roofers come out and look at this roof and said it should have never passed inspection. The boards under the roof are rotten and about to fall through. So that being said I would be very hesitant to have these clowns come inspect anything of your!
Being a first time homebuyer & not quite familiar with detailed aspects of homebuying, I was skeptical about the cost of home inspection, especially since it wasn't a "mandatory" step. I was present for the entire process & was surprised at the thoroughness of it all & blown away at the detailed report. The inspector & company owner were present & VERY helpful & informative. I would definitely recommend them as FIRST CHOICE for anyone wanting a professional, thorough & helpful Home Inspection.
Good, timely service and customer support
The Home Spectors representative was professional, thorough, informative and respectful. There were some items on the property that were no longer in use and he explained they were not necessary. Repairs were cited and noted.
