Worst company ever! I bought my carpet from Home Depot and they contracted this company for the install. I knew from the beginning it would be nothing but problems. On introduction, the installer smelled like he hadn’t showered for weeks. They never cleaned up after the install. They didn’t seam my carpet correctly in three different areas. Don't be fooled! This company is actually HŌM Solutions and if you look up reviews of their other locations you will see hundreds of horror stories of other customers experiences. The company is filled with incompetent and unprofessional workers. They will make your home improvement project a nightmare that takes several extra weeks to complete because all they do is find excuse after excuse to get out of actually doing work.

Home solutions is the company home Depot uses for carpet install gone bad. In Oct we had carpet installed incorrectly, laid different direction in each room. They show up Dec with a new roll with a factory flaw. This was upsetting. Then their installers feel something inappropriate with said which is interesting because I speak English and the crew speaks Spanish and I heard a few of their words that they said about the situation.
