Tom Knight sold my husband and I our first house.... the worst home in South Carolina. He knew we had five children. He sold us a home that doesn't have heat neither insulated, bad plumbing, very poor renovation. When we complained about the heat he sent a company be the name of ARS heating and air to replace the thermostat knowing that the whole unit needed to be replaced. Pipes bust through out the winter.
