RecommendedHighly recommended! Scott was our inspector for the house we are buying and he was very thorough. He scheduled my inspection very quickly and gave us a very detailed report on the house. He looked at every aspect of the home and noted things that we would have never found ourselves.

Scott did an absolutely amazingly detailed inspection report for us the day after Christmas. We got his name from our realtor so didn’t know him, at all, and was worried it would be a rush job. I am happy to say I was wrong! The report looked at everything, the pictures were clear so we could better understand the written report, and overall made us SO much more comfortable in making a decision. Thanks, Scott- great job!

They did an Excellent job. Started early and flew a drone above the home to inspect the roof. Went through the whole house and checked everything. This was a new build home and found many issues. If we didn't have this done we would have never known about the electrical issues. Thank you 5 stars

Scott was amazing start to finish with his inspection of the house we plan to buy. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, personable. You couldn’t ask for more but he delivered more. On top of doing a thorough job with our inspection as I’m sure he did with the 9 others he did that day, he delivered an amazing, detailed inspection report with pictures and explanations, the next day!!!. We were truly impressed with this young man. I’d recommend him to anyone needing his services.
