I normally would not take the time to do this except for when work is exceptionally good or bad. Unfortunately, this is one of those exceptionally bad experiences. I was just hung up on by Laurie after she was unwilling to acknowledge that her employee misrepresented work that I was told would be approved and completed. We hired Home Services to install a tankless water heater system to replace an old water heater. The old hot water heater was set up so that it also heats the house. A replacement system like we had would have cost $2000 to replace! Home Services showed us how we could have the same setup using a tankless heater. They installed the heater and made all the connections to our heating system. Very cool setup. I'm eager to put it to use over the winter. These folks are FANTASTIC! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the technicians get right to work and know just what to do. My home warranty company sent them and I could not have been happier. I hope they send them every time I need work done. Thanks, guys!

My hot water heater went out last week and I called around to several plumbers in the area. Either they were too busy to come out on a Saturday, or they wanted to charge me $2000 to replace my heater without even looking at it. I called Home Services even though they're not nearby 'cause I was desperate. Not only did they come out on a Saturday, but they were able to fix my heater by replacing a thermocoupler, didn't try to con me like the other guys. If I ever have a plumbing need, they will be who I call!

Went to take my morning shower, and nothing but cold water. I called my home warranty company and they said they would *try* to get someone out in a day or so. Within 5 minutes of my call, Home Services contacted me, set an appointment, got my replacement approved and by the next morning, I had hot water again! The new heater looks great, and Mike was very friendly and professional and explained everything that was done. Definitely who I would go do in the future!

I had to wait all day for someone to show up! Then they didn't know anything! I think his helper knew more than him. Tried to argue with me about where My septic tank is! Didnt fix my problem because they know what they were doing! Didn't even leave me receipt! Didnt clean up after themselves even left a tool! I wouldn't use them if they were last plumbing service left. I called a different plumbing company to fix it and it was a clog in my main line just like I told him!

Great company. Good Communication from start to finish. They fixed my problem and cleaned up behind themselves.
