This was a simple plumbing leak that needed immediate attention. My call to you was prompt and efficient without the warranty run around I expected. I actually thought of these warranty programs as a sales gimik. The contractor arrived before the scheduled time, which was wonderful. He was prompt, figured out the issue and corrected it within the hour. My day did not have to be disrupted waiting around for him to arrive. He was well-groomed and professional in appearance. He did not make a mess while working and cleaned up a mess that was not even his before he left. In all, A&E Factory services will be called again if needed.

We had an issue with our furnace during the cold months. HSA was very prompt in dispatching a service repair company to our house for evaluation and recommendations concerning the issue.
