After having cancelled the service, ADT is still making charges and getting money from my bank account. That is not good!
Very pleased with their service! The technician that came to my house was pleasant and I love the APP on my phone!
Alex and Diana did an awesome job! Alex did an excellent job of walking me through all of our security options and packages. He stayed in touch during the entire installation to make sure that things went smoothly. Diana did the installation and was prompt, professional, and easy to work with. He has an excellent knowledge of the system components and options and did a thorough installation.
Excellent service from start to finish. Peter and Jesus were fantastic to work with. Highly competent, patient, and excellent at explaining everything in a clear and understandable way. So glad to know about this company!!!
