We ordered a recliner in store mid September 2020 and we were told to expect it to be at the warehouse in approximately 10-12 weeks, but to expect closer to week 12. Not a problem. Called at the end of week 12 to check on the status and we were informed there was a delay related to layoffs and it would be a few more weeks as the recliner was still in production. Buying furniture while Black: I purchased furniture in May 2020, I was told the furniture would be available on or before July 1, 2020. I never heard from a rep until I called on June 26, 2020-I had to leave a voicemail and Nena the incompetent sales rep called back and said the furniture would not be available until July 18, 2020-I immediately requested a refund, she stated she would have to talk with the sales manager and she would call back on Monday.
