I purchased a bed frame, sofa, and a love seat back in April 2021 I was told it was the highest quality furniture and was told it would be here in the middle of July.. I got a phone call in August to pick up my bed frame.. got it home and took out of the boxes and I was disappointed with what I seen the wood was not stained properly and had damaged to the wood.. which remind you this is supposed to be HIGH QUALITY I keep calling to ask about my sofa and love seat NO RETURN PHONE CALLS TO KEEP ME UPDATED had to go into the st... read more

If i could give zero stars i would ! Bought a recliner on a tuesday for my husband who just had surgery and needed a recliner. It broke the same day !! Called store who said i needed to contact service via email only and i wanted a refund not junk furniture they told me all sales are final then quite responding when i asked how they had been in business for 25 years. The only way i got a new chair which i didn't want was because our friends took the chair to the store. They should be put out of business bunch of crooks

I purchased a sofa and love seat from Klopfenstein's Home Rooms in March 2021. I was told delivery would be longer than usual, up to 24 weeks, due to the pandemic. Well, it's now almost 30 weeks and still have absolutely no idea, nor does Klopfenstein's, of when delivery can be expected. Management had contacted me and asked, politely, that I remain patient. We ordered 2 sofas, took about 4 weeks to come in.Defective switches, and motors for the recliners....all 4 seats recline and back pillows also. I told them I don't want their defective merchandise, many times, sales said its up to service for a refund, service said its up to sales when they came to look at defective sofas. They just spin you.The next email I got from service was that there's no refunds, and they ordered my motors and switches. This furniture is JUNK, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I dont even want to give them one star because they dont deserve it they help you order and tell you ok its been a little ******************* the sales rep said it shouldnt really take this long bought my bedroom and end tables in may 2021 apparently in small print they say after 3 days they dont refund your money how is this even legal time to seek attorney its September 2021 and I called and talked with someone who told me my bed isnt even built they waiting on parts and that **** would give me a call I said since you guys... read more

Ordered a dining room Buffett for $**** waited 7 months it came in very damaged . They are saying they will repair the damaged piece and not give me a new one. They also will not refund my money ! Horrible customer service !! Asked for manager several times . Never shows or comes to phone. That’s if they even answer their phones ! We will proceed with legal action if we do not get our money back or a brand new buffet !

While looking for new furniture they couldn't be nicer, friendly or helpful but once the sale was complete they have the worst customer service, obnoxious, and totally not helpful at all.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Horrible quality and horrible service. I have had my sectional couch around 7 months and have already had a service guy to my house twice. The couch broke again the day after it was last fixed. This couch has been broken a major portion of the time I've had it. 3 seperate issues (faulty switch, incorrectly manufactured frame, and faulty pull cord.) in one sectional. We bought this $5000 couch with the intention of it lasting 20 years. I doubt that it will even make it to 1.5 years. Their service... read more

We ordered a recliner in store mid September 2020 and we were told to expect it to be at the warehouse in approximately 10-12 weeks, but to expect closer to week 12. Not a problem. Called at the end of week 12 to check on the status and we were informed there was a delay related to layoffs and it would be a few more weeks as the recliner was still in production. When asked for a potential date, was told first week of January. Called week 14 the recliner was still in production and was given the reason for the delay was Covid... read more
