Sam was a fantastic agent to work with. As a first time buyer he worked with us to explain the process step by step and was available to answer all of our questions. He was available to pick us up to tour property even when we gave him little notice. When we moved forward on a property he advised us on how to approach each bid and worked with our lender to help us be as competitive as possible and get us to the table. thank you sam for kicking butt! #bestagent

I wasn’t quite ready to buy at that time, but Sam was very helpful in setting me up with email notifications for the types of houses I was interested in purchasing. My partner and I were lucky to have Sam guide us through our first home purchase. From the beginning, Sam was very friendly and really went out of his way to help us through the process.
