Noticed on a Saturday during a high wind day that I had shingles coming off the roof. Chuck answered my call that afternoon and send out his Associates to review my roof, help me file a claim with my Insurance Agency and put a tarp to cover the missing shingles. Chuck was very patience with my insurance adjuster and help me with filing a supplemental estimate.
