Our house was ready for our arrival, many of the lights were on and it was very welcoming. Renee, Brian and their team have done a great job in keeping the rental guests happy along with the owners like us. They keep us updated on things as they come up and coordinate repairs and other needed updates so as not to disturb anyone staying in the house. This company is awesome! Very personable. Even when our family seemed to have several issues (boat and vehicle) Renee helped us out. Her father who also runs the business with her offered assistance. They both went above and beyond to help us. They rental house was perfect for our family. Very close to what we needed. The canal and boat dock were perfect for our boat. We will definitely use this company again. Can’t wait to go back to Cape Coral.
We stayed at the villa majestic and it was amazing! Beautiful house right on the canal with great amenities.
