I have been pleased with Home Rental Services rental process and have benefited from it greatly. I have purchased three more properties in the area and plan to hand them over to Home Rental Services as soon as they are fixed up. These homes are run like a business and I appreciate that, after all, I am in this as a business.

I may seem like I could handle my own properties and save some money, but it is not so. The leasing business must be separate. It requires a professional, and unemotional approach. Home Rental provides me this service with great conduct of operation.

They did the listing for my house and initially had some trouble and changed the rent a little to match current circumstances and such. The place is rented and generating income now and we are very pleased with their efforts.

They operate at a level of professionalism which is far superior to anything I have seen locally so far. have 9 properties with them right now and I don't worry about any of them. I have excellent luck using Home Rental Services as my Property Management Representative, (and I have not been the only one!)

I really like this company! Very organized, very professional. Everything is spelled out in detail in their lease contracts and there are no questions about who is responsible for what. I find it very comforting to know where I stand. I've been working with Nick Vaughn and I'm very happy with how responsive and supportive he is!

I'd read the contract/lease you sign very carefully. When you do a visit to see a house, you don't see all the "stuff" that might not work. And a lot of things come to light as you live there, but then when you submit maintenance requests, they aren't covered in the lease; it's like you own the house and it's your problem to fix. Just be careful. I would get my own inspector next time, not trust theirs. And have them look @ everything!!!! (as if you were buying the place)
