We do not sell homes or manage commercial or multifamily property. Our efforts are focused strictly on residential rental management in order to deliver consistent quality services to owners and renters without the distraction of residential sales. I cannot say enough good things about Home Rental Services, Inc. From the very beginning the company was compassionate, efficient and on top of the ball. HRS has been our "go to" organization for years. They are the best in helping our clients who need to get their home rented and also for our clients who need a home to rent. Full service and well run family business. This is not an easy business working landlords and tenants on a daily basis. Conflicts can and do happen. However it has been our personal experience that HRS works very hard to solve problems. They are worth your consideration.
I have been working with Home Rental Services for more than a year. I have been very happy working with them! They have been doing business for a long time and really know the ins and outs of the property management world. My favorite thing is that they explained the process to me in ways that I can really understand and they have done it so many times that they have thought of just about everything! There are things I never would have even thought of to make sure we were covered in the contract. Keep up the good work!!!

They do a good job of getting back to my questions as soon as they can. The summer months are busy for them but I have not had a question go unanswered. They are fair and are really trying to make everyone happy. The owners, the renters and everyone else involved. I highly recommend Kandy and her team at Home Rental Services!

I really appreciate the help Amy and the staff has been! Even though we cannot continue to rent the home we are currently renting from HRS we want to move to another home that RS manages because they are a very good company and I want to stick with you guys.
