Horrible staff....rude and unprofessional. Will look for any and all reasons not to give back your security deposit. Even after I paid to have the carpets steam cleaned upon moving out (which was cleaner then when I moved in) they said it wasn't clean enough and charged me again for a second cleaning. Which I'm sure they didn't do anyway. I do not recommend this company at all.

I rented from Home Realty for 6 years. They were always pleasant and professional. Whenever I called in for repairs, they were done in a timely manor. I followed the move out guidelines I was provided when I moved in and received my full security deposit back quickly. I would highly recommend this company to any future tenants.

do not rent from this company they are impossible to reach will not call you back and after you during your lease and after if you are able to they are rude once your lease is up and you clean the property better than how it was when you moved in they will still rip you off when you finally(longest amount of time required by law) they will charge you double cleaning fees. We rented for 5 years kept the place up and always made rent payments on time. They have denied returning our deposit for dirty walls and a bed rail too large to get out of the doorway. They are charging us for things of wear and tear that they would have to replace or update for a new tenent anyway. They always say they will get back to you on simple repairs and never do. Stay AWAY from these slum lords I will be taking them to small claims court! All these people are not telling half truths on this company I will use this ... read more
