Sam is a great guy. I originally contacted him after exhausting all options to solve some weed smell in my bathroom from the neighbor. All other guys I hired blamed on pipes, wall, ceiling vent etc. But none of them really solved the problem. I was ready to have Sam redo my whole bathroom vanity. Sam came to my house same-day. Showed up on time and respected my living space. He's very prompt and kind and told me the problem isn't with the pipes or drain, but a busted air valve. He replaced the valves and the smell is gone!
