Talked to agent Wade Bartels SIX WEEKS ago and I obtained a pre approval letter.for $450,000. Apparently Mr. Bartels cannot be bothered with small buyers as I only heard from him one time when he sent me a junky property with an LOL in the message. I am very serious about finding and buying a home. Not sure what Mr. Bartel does think is important, but it is not his customers. Mr. Bartels is the reason realtors are seen as no better than used car salesmen.
