First used Home and Property Inspection Services on home purchase in 2018. Jeremy, the owner, was responsive and delivered an outstanding product with a short turn around time to satisfy my needs that the home was solid, 4 Point, and Wind Mitigation. Jeremy performed the most extensive pre-purchase home inspection I've ever had. An inspection performed to VA standards, which are profoundly high. Found and pointed out minor issues that over time could become major, and left a comprehensive, full color inspection report with detailed explanations that delighted my maintenance guy. Trust me, this guy is really good.
