RecommendedBest Community to live in with kids. Very spacious apartments with good floor planning. Just need some better planning and execution for garbage disposal

Just renewed my lease for another 12 months. I love this property. The office and maintenance folks are awesome. Its quiet here, and I feel safe. If I could have moved the slider over to ten years, I would have! 🤓

Make interiors better than exteriors. Find ways to stop residents and their children to walk, run, bike on the parking lots.

Non-stop responses before moving in from front desk staff (the second I signed the lease responses were hard to get- IF I got one at all) Children running in the halls (mind you, they don’t live on our floor) Downstairs neighbor sounds like they abuse their children (child screams all hours of the day) Called the corporate office because the front desk was not handling the situations above (they never called me back) Just found out we won’t be allowed to renew our lease with zero warning (emailed and called the property to f... read more
Good place to live with family. Quick response for service request, Play area, leasing office, Gym and Swimming pool are the best.
