Very thorough, prompt, accessible and clear. All the information was compiled and easy to access + digest. Very happy with the inspection.
I had an okay experience with Home Probe. The inspection was done well overall; however, there was a major issue that was missed, which will now cost me thousands of dollars. When factoring in the negotiating ability I lost due to the water heater unit not functioning properly, I may be out even more money—possibly close to $10,000. I understand that Home Probe is a general home inspection company, but not noticing that a tankless water heater did not have a display panel is, in my opinion, outrageous.
