Joel Jones with Home-Pro has conducted 3 home inspections for me in the past year. I have been active in residential real estate in 25+ years and in my opinion Joel is highly qualified, very thorough, responsive and a good communicator.
Beware. This company's reports are excessive. They'll photograph chipped paint and state roof leaks without proof or confirmation. It appears they've delayed or had real property sales canceled with these reports for no reason other than to show justification of their high fee. And they defend their practices by attacking reviewers. Reporting this company to Better Business Bureau. Not recommended. Find another.
Inspector, Jose, was awesome. He was very thorough, professional, and nice.
