From start to finish, Home Pro was terrific and very professional. Kept me informed and made my home a hundred times better!
Very bad service,they will tell you that you have damage on your home and when insurance agent come they don't even come to stay behind their words
Home-Pro did a great job replacing our roof. We had good communication with the owner/ manager and an agreed upon date for the materials to be delivered and repairs completed. The roofing team was prompt and very polite. The roof was replaced with care to bedding plants and shrubs and our yard was completely cleaned before they left for the day. The office called the next day to make sure the work was completed to our satisfaction. Home-Pro also did work on several of our neighbors homes and there were no issues.
My experience with Home-Pro Restoration, Inc. was excellent because of my outstanding sales representative, Sam *******, who went out of his way repeatedly to make sure that the work was done in a timely fashion with the highest quality.
I called home pro after a hail and wind storm 4/24/16. They came out and inspected my property for damage 04/26/16. they advised a claim be filed with my insurance company; claim was denied but home pro said no problem they would request another inspection. This has not happened and I have called homepro repeatedly to no avail. Unable to even contact them recently.
