Terrible business! They did our siding many years ago and had to come back multiple times to fix it over the years. We recently looked and all the siding was falling off. It turns out it was never nailed in. These people just want the insurance money. They do not care to do quality work. I just took pictures of the damage and sent it to Kent at Home Pro Restoration. It is costing us a lot of money to clean up the mess they created. Never use them!!

Let me start off by saying This company is a Complete Joke. Around Mid April Manny calls my dad asking if he knew someone that had a house that would be interested in getting a new roof and siding replace due to the storm that hit our area. I was next to him so he passed the phone to me to speak to manny. Manny made it sound all sweet that they would take care of the deductible (not knowing how much it is). Our home had hail damage to the roof, gutters and siding. James visited with us numerous times, and he spent a lot of time showing and explaining to us how Home Pro Restorations would help us have these issues taken care of. James also got the company involved with our insurance company and kept us informed every step of the way. Our roof was damaged by Hail. James worked with our insurance company and had excellent communication with us. The job was scheduled, and they arrived on time and finished when they said they would. Crew was excellent. Would not hesitate recommending them in the future.

Home Pro was extremely helpful in getting us new siding, and getting us approved through our insurance. Our insurance had previously given us a hard time. They were always helpful and responsive whenever I called with questions and our new siding looks great!

The process of filing a claim and getting approved by my insurance, was not a problem. I started the process in the end of May 2017 and by the second week of June everything was approved for my siding, roof and gutters to be done. I chose my colors and was good to go. Then out of no where I completely stopped hearing from them. They were not answering my calls or messages. When I finally heard back from someone, no one had my info on file. Home-Pro did a great job that included replacing siding, gutters and downspouts. Their crew was efficient, friendly and responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the entire job. Ron ******, Sales Manager, provided good supervision of the work from start to finish. I would recommend Home-Pro to anyone needing quality work at their home.
