We had a walk-in shower installed in our home. We would give Home Pro a 5 star rating. Alex was our installer and he did a great job. Alex is professional, a very hard worker, who answered all our questions. It was a pleasure to have him in our home.
We put a deposit of several thousand down in mid-August and are still waiting for our install (mid-November). I have reached out a few times and only received one text back saying they were waiting on 'a door'. I still do not know when our install is and am very concerned that we are going to have to take action to get the service. I'm willing to see what happens but I cannot recommend this company right now.
