Almost criminal the amount of money we paid versus the quality of the work performed. We paid this guy $200 more than any other home inspection services as we believed that we would be ensured high-quality work, but instead, we got someone who did not thoroughly inspect our condo and as such we are finding issues that were not mentioned. Charged $475 for a home inspection that anyone else would have charged me $300 for. Brought no tools with him to do basic exploratory things for the inspection. Couldn't find the dryer vent that was clearly on the outside wall where the washer and dryer located and didnt fo up In the attic. His inspecton report said AC was working fine but Upon my arrival 7days later the ac wasnt working. The home was empty during by the late time so I doubt a AC would fail with it not even being turned on. That dude

Did a thorough inspection and provided specific recommendations on what was needed to repair/replace
