The manager Mitch is very kind and friendly. It was rough in the beginning. But doing better
We had an awesome experience with Home Pride. They were helpful with us purchasing our home. The owner finance process met our needs. Their customer service was awesome
Be careful buying their property. They put used appliances in the homes, and bad furnace. My furnace had a red tag. Told a manager who lied about sending someone to fix it. Need new furnace.Roof peeling due to poor popcorn ceiling. Their properties are money pits. The fixtures are temporary. After 12-18 months they fall apart. Stove don't work. Furnace broke. Ceiling peeling. They pay taxes for property late. You will get notice for your county. Run. They are all liars. Don't trust them.
