Have used Dominic to help with inspections and he is a wealth of knowledge and extremely detail oriented. The best part is when you are at the inspection with him, he will take the time to show and tell you his finding and the implications. His reports are also very detailed and feel personalized. I would not recommend this inspection company unless you already have some sound education/background on homes, construction, plumbing, and the like. The agent has been clear did not go above and beyond. While he was professional in demeanor and in his report, I feel that he could have helped us to be more knowledgeable about issues in the house.
