If I could give this place zero stars I would. We had their service scheduled for a Saturday at 2:30. They called Friday evening and asked if they could move the time up to 1:00. Taking 1.5 hours away from my last moments with our beloved little boy. Then, on Saturday, the day of the service, Dr. Julie called and asked if she could come a half hour early at 12:30! Dr. Julie was extremely kind, compassionate and gentle. I would highly recommend this company. They were communicative and are available on short notice. The situation is incredibly difficult but Dr. Julie was amazing and helped us through the process.
When my 20 year old baby got really sick, I reached out to this company in hopes of making the right decision for him. I wound up calling and changing my mind, but when I couldn't delay it anymore, I called again. While absolutely difficult to do, the entire company was so sweet and helpful. From the women on their phones as well as Dr. Lisa coming to the house and explaining step by step what was going to happen, they were all so sweet and understanding. Home Pet Euthanasia is a thorough and caring in-home euthanasia service. You can tell from the amount of time and effort put into their website. I appreciate the page that covers pet pain as pain manifests differently in pets, and can go unnoticed by the untrained eye. Dr. Annie and her team have certainly gone out of their way to make sure pet owners are educated on the process of euthanasia, and are as prepared as possible to help provide a peaceful passing for their pet.
