After ordering a double-sided fireplace and spending over $5,000, we are extremely disappointed! The firebrick was cracked. My home has been under construction so our contractors did not immediately open the box, as to keep it dust and dirt free until installation. The box was perfect on the outside so the firebrick either was packed cracked or broke during shipping. I made a purchase on home perfect's website. I caution all customers! Read the description as well as look at the photo of the product. The sales rep told me that the photo was a manufacturers photo and it was not what I got in the mail. Lesson learned here... never shopping this site again.
Found tankless water heater at a great price then went to order and they raised the price $40 (20% increase)!!! Called sales / customer service and they were not willing to help. Ordered same product from Jet Dot Com at 20% lower price!!!
Unbeatable prices and quick delivery. Had no problems and customer service was really helpful in finding the right faucet type for my sink and it is beautiful!
